I have had bad experiences in the past dealing with other Letting Agents to do with poor communication and being difficult to get hold of after move in, and during checkout. However, Berkeley Estates and Management have been great all the way through securing our new apartment, to always being available for any questions we have had post move in. They have made something that can be quite chaotic and sometimes stressful - smooth and straightforward for us. I would definitely recommend them!

They secured us the sale and worked extremely hard to ensure the chain didn’t break, when at times it was very close. They kept us updated when our solicitors were often slow at responding, and kept all parties informed throughout. I would certainly use them in the future.
